26.5: Interlude 26 – Prolationem

I am an author; I use points of view to tell stories, and this quote, no matter what you think of the source, defines how people react, spawning all sorts of stories.

The Quote

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:” – Ecclesiastes 3:1 NIV

My Thoughts

For everyone who recognizes this quote, I only use the first line of this passage because everything after it is an example. Everything is everything, and everything that a person can experience is part of this quote, no matter how good, bad, or ugly those experiences may be.

I am not saying this to justify any despicable acts or criminal behavior; I wrote it that way to highlight that “everything” is a reality that is exponentially more than one person can imagine. People can and do rationalize their thoughts to the point that those thoughts become actions that other people view in as many ways as possible.

This is where any story begins to cascade; thought turns to action, causing a reaction; that reaction brings forth thought, and the cycle continues until something else changes it. Every thought someone has possesses the potential to shift perspective, thus evolving an action to be proceed as nearly anything.

If any of that sounds like current events to you, that is because storytelling always reflects or echoes the modern day from when it was produced. What people should ask themselves is with every religion, alliance, nation, political party, group, and individual existing in their own season, how does everything continue to move forward? I think that when people honestly find the answer to that, they will be surprised. Until next time, I am Nolan… Ex Tenebris.
